well this week was quite tough to go by. have lots of lesson to go to. injured my lower back during a lesson on tues. hope it will be fine. and nothing will happen.
learn things that some was learned during BB times. like first aid stuff. CPR. all learn before one.
i was selected for footdrill com. will be burning away alot of my free time. training will start form 1930 to about 2100 every night. but if we can be the champ again this year. all these training will be worst it!!

felt that God is telling me something this whole week.
Matthew 7 was the book where i found what God want to tell me the whole week.
-" Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and the measure you use, it will be measured to you."
this is the main thing God is telling me for the whole week. i will like look at others with the thinking that they are "ah bang" and like look down on them and do not want to get along with them. but the 3 words "DO NOT JUDGE" keep on coming into my mind.
when i continue reading the bible. read this 2 things also..
-" Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks recieves; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened."
-" Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destrcution, and many enter through it. Butsmall is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it."
this 2 is like very idiot-proof de. read also will understand.

just now have about 5 mins talk with wr. felt that i'm so blessed to be in SCDF and not SAF! next week he book out is around 10. so will reach home around midnight. so poor thing.
looking forward to see him next sat. hopefully.
but then i will left 4 week till i POP. still counting down. 5 weeks=25 days.
